One of the issues: The place you are trying to get the Windows XP OS ISO is not legitimate/clean. (Not that there is many places you can get a legitimate and definitively clean Windows XP ISO image from - especially not without certain subscriptions.) A torrent site?
Another issue: the first link you gave was to the SP3 ISO - not the Windows XP OS, just SP3 for Windows XP.
Another issue: even if you get a legitimate/clean ISO image of Windows XP and you have a product key - you either have to make actual physical bootable media out of it and reboot to install it on your current system or run a virtual machine and install it onto said virtual system. You cannot stand on the rug and pick it up without moving. ;-)
Why are you looking for the Windows XP OS? If possible, as an IT professional friend - they may be able to acquire the media - but you'd still need a product key (hopefully a legitimate one.)
As for Windows 10 TP, if your Windows 8.1 system is legit, you shouldn't have a problem getting the Windows 10 pre-release - although not so sure you want to do that if whatever you are trying to use is already giving you trouble and/or it is your primary system . . .

Now download and install SUN (Now Oracle) VirtualBox for Windows from here.
After installation, Open VirtualBox and click on create new virtual machine .
Enter the name as Android and Operating system choice as Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. In all upcoming steps, click next after competing with all the required instructions given below.
